The heat is on...

We’re currently experiencing temperatures not quite «normal» to these parts of the world - and not seen since around 1947. With temperatures reaching up to (and some days over) 30 degrees celsius - and it’s lasted for a good month or two now - everything is dry and yellow/brown. No campfires, no bbq and very restricted use of water is now a part of our summer of 2018. (Normally spent playing in water and bbq’ing «every day».) And the rain? Well, the last _good_ showers that came, came around June 17th (soaking mul and me while going to a concert)...

We’ve spent the past week and a half travelling in Denmark and Germany - Germany was greener than both Denmark and Norway, but the heat is the same in all three countries.

Today we went to Legoland (Billund) - and today was the first time I ever saw drops of sweat literally running on A. Just look at her shoulder in the picture! (And this was when we were sitting inside, building towers out of Duplo..)

We evacuated in to Lalandia and the swimming pool a short while later (after leaving some cash behind at the shop).
